Processing Time

At Aurora Jewels, many of our pieces are made to order with meticulous attention to detail. Please allow the following processing times before your order is shipped:

• In-stock items: 1-3 business days.
• Made-to-order rings: 2-3 weeks.
• Custom/Bespoke pieces: 4-6 weeks (varies by design).

Shipping Methods & Rates

We offer complimentary insured shipping on all orders over $500 within the United States. For orders under $500, a flat rate of $15 applies.

International Shipping

We ship to over 50 countries via DHL Express. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by their country.

Insurance & Signature

All shipments are fully insured during transit. For security reasons, an adult signature is required upon delivery for all orders over $500. We recommend shipping to a business address or arranging to be present at the time of delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can also track your order status by logging into your Account Dashboard.
