Our Guarantee

We want you to be completely delighted with your Aurora purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on standard items within 30 days of delivery.

Conditions of Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • It must be returned in the original packaging, including the jewelry box and any certificates of authenticity (e.g., GIA/AGS reports).
  • The security tag must remain attached and intact.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom or bespoke jewelry pieces.
  • Engraved items.
  • Items that have been resized or modified by a third-party jeweler.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Request a Return Authorization: Log into your account or contact our concierge at support@Aurorajewels.com to receive your RA number.
  2. Package Your Item: Securely pack your item in its original box along with all documentation. Use the prepaid shipping label provided by our team.
  3. Ship It: Drop off the package at the nearest DHL or FedEx location. We recommend obtaining a receipt for proof of shipment.
  4. Refund Processing: Once we receive your return, our quality assurance team will inspect the item. Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
