How do I determine my ring size?
We offer a complimentary ring sizer that can be shipped to you. Alternatively, you can visit
a local jeweler for professional sizing or use our printable ring size guide available on
our Size Guide page.
Can I customize an existing design?
Yes, we offer bespoke services. Most of our rings can be customized with different metals
(18k Yellow, Rose, White Gold, or Platinum) or center stones. Please contact our
customization team or visit the Custom

Do you offer financing options?
Yes, we partner with Affirm and Klarna to offer flexible payment plans. You can select your
preferred financing option at checkout.
Shipping & Returns
Do you ship internationally?
We ship to over 50 countries worldwide. International shipments are fully insured and sent
via DHL Express. Please note that duties and taxes may apply depending on your location.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all standard items in their original, unworn condition.

Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes, every Aurora piece comes with a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. We
also offer complimentary cleaning and prong tightening services for the life of your
jewelry.
How should I clean my gold jewelry?
We recommend soaking your gold jewelry in warm water with a few drops of mild dish soap,
then gently scrubbing with a soft toothbrush. Rinse and pat dry with a lint-free cloth.
Avoid using harsh chemicals or ultrasonic cleaners for pearls or gemstones.
