Our Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s). To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it, with the original tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items

• Gift cards
• Personalized items
• Clearance or final sale items
• Hygiene products (e.g., breast pumps, pacifiers) that have been opened

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please visit our Returns Center and enter your order number and email address. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label. A flat rate of $3.50 will be deducted from your refund for return shipping.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
