Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. Here is our policy regarding order cancellations.

Canceling Before Shipping

If you need to cancel your order, please do so as soon as possible. You can cancel your order free of charge if it has not yet been processed for shipping. Please contact customer service immediately at support@babyboom.com with your order number.

Canceling After Shipping

If your order has already been shipped, we cannot cancel it. However, you can return the items for a refund once you receive them, in accordance with our Return Policy. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Custom Orders

Custom or personalized orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation is approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
