2. Core Refund Policy & Warranty

All core returns must be received within 30 days of purchase in the original box. Unless otherwise stated, all parts come with a 1-Year Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects. Performance parts used for racing or competition purposes are sold "as-is" without warranty.

3. Vehicle Fitment Data

While we strive to provide accurate fitment data, it is the user's responsibility to verify that the part purchased matches the specifications of their vehicle. AutoParts Hub is not liable for installation expenses or damages resulting from the use of incorrect parts.

4. Shipping & Hazardous Materials

Certain items (batteries, fluids, aerosols) are classified as hazardous materials and may have shipping restrictions. We comply with all DOT regulations regarding the transport of automotive chemicals.
