We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange.
Returns Due To Our Error
If you need to return a part because of an error on our part (we sent the wrong part, the part is defective, or damaged in shipping), we will pay for the return shipping and send out the correct replacement part immediately.
Standard Returns
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
Return Process
- Log in to your account and go to "Order History".
- Select the order containing the item you wish to return.
- Click "Request Return" and follow the instructions to print your prepaid shipping label.
- Place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase.
- Mail your return to the address provided on the label.
Exceptions
The following items cannot be returned:
- Electrical parts that have been installed or plugged in.
- Gaskets and seals that have been opened.
- Custom-made or special order items.
