Cancelling Before Shipment
Because we strive to ship orders as quickly as possible (often within hours), the window to cancel an order is very small. If you need to cancel, please call us immediately at 1-800-AUTO-PARTS. Emailed cancellation requests may not be seen in time to stop the shipment.
Cancelling After Shipment
If your order has already shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You will need to wait for the package to arrive and then follow our Returns Policy to return the item for a refund.
Modification of Orders
Unfortunately, we cannot add items to an order once it has been placed. If you forgot an item, please place a new order for that item. We may be able to combine shipments if you call us before the first order is processed.
Backorders
If an item is on backorder, you may cancel that specific item or the entire order at any time before it comes back in stock and ships. We will verify stock status via email within 24 hours of your order.
