Return Window
Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery for OTC products and within 24 hours for defective or incorrect prescription medications.

- UPI/Digital Wallets: 2-3 business days
- Net Banking: 3-5 business days
- Cash on Delivery: Bank transfer to provided account
Store Credit Option
Customers may choose to receive store credit instead of refund:
- Instant credit to MediCore+ wallet
- Additional 5% bonus credit on refund amount
- No expiry date on store credit
- Can be used for future purchases

Emergency Returns
In case of serious adverse reactions or safety concerns:
- Immediate return authorization provided
- Express pickup arranged within 2 hours
- Full refund processed within 24 hours

Bulk Order Returns
