Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery for OTC products and within 24 hours for defective or incorrect prescription medications.

  • Additional 5% bonus credit on refund amount
  • No expiry date on store credit
  • Can be used for future purchases

Emergency Returns

In case of serious adverse reactions or safety concerns:

  • Immediate return authorization provided
  • Express pickup arranged within 2 hours
  • Full refund processed within 24 hours

Bulk Order Returns
